About the Role
In this role, you’ll oversee high-value and complex projects from the initial sales process through to service transition. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, meets key performance targets, and—most importantly—leaves customers satisfied.
From providing bid support to sales teams to ensuring seamless integration into managed services, you’ll be at the heart of delivering impactful technology solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.
- Collaborating with pre-sales and sales teams to support bids and project planning.
- Ensuring smooth service transition with operational acceptance testing and system monitoring.
- Following best-practice project management methodologies, such as Prince2, Agile, and APMP.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developing expertise in cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Handling project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and change control processes.

- Proven experience in project management, particularly in tech-driven environments.
