What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and driving pipeline growth (your north star)
  • Improving funnel performance from lead → deal
  • Managing and scaling a content engine (SEO, AEO, distribution)
  • Testing and launching new channels (paid, partnerships, referrals)
  • Turning experiments into repeatable, scalable growth plays
  • Partnering closely with Sales on pipeline, targeting & enablement
  • Optimising the website for conversion (traffic → demo)
  • Working in a lean team, owning execution end-to-end
