What You’ll Own
- You’ll sit at the heart of the billing operation, with real responsibility and visibility.
- Creating and issuing accurate customer invoices
- Validating usage, pricing, discounts, and contract terms
- Supporting monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc billing cycles
- Reconciling usage data, CDRs, and revenue
- Maintaining billing data across CRM and billing platforms
- Handling billing queries with confidence and clarity
- Working cross-functionally to resolve issues fast — before they become problems
