Kickstart your SaaS career as a Junior Customer Success Manager. Ingenio is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS client — and they want someone hungry to learn, grow, and make an impact. This isn’t just a “customer support” role. You’ll own a portfolio of 150 SMB customers, drive adoption, spot upsell opportunities, and help shape the way customers succeed. Your work directly impacts Net Revenue Retention — a tangible measure of your success.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Support SMB customers with onboarding, adoption, and renewals
  • Monitor usage and flag risks before they become issues
  • Spot upsell opportunities and drive expansion
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services
  • Help improve CS processes, playbooks, and documentation

Location & Working Model:

London, UK Hybrid: 2 days in-office (Tues/Thurs)

Compensation:

Base salary: up to £40k GBP + bonus (Total OTE: £55k)
