Ingenio is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS client — and they want someone hungry to learn, grow, and make an impact. This isn’t just a “customer support” role. You’ll own a portfolio of 150 SMB customers, drive adoption, spot upsell opportunities, and help shape the way customers succeed. Your work directly impacts Net Revenue Retention — a tangible measure of your success.

What we’re looking for:
- Early-career, high-potential talent ready to grow in SaaS

- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing 125–150 accounts
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Support SMB customers with onboarding, adoption, and renewals
- Monitor usage and flag risks before they become issues
- Spot upsell opportunities and drive expansion
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services
- Help improve CS processes, playbooks, and documentation
