Ingenio is working with a fast-growing technology business sitting right in the middle of where enterprise transformation is actually happening — AI, Customer Experience (CX), and Cloud.

They’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who doesn’t need a head start, a warm list, or a gentle ramp into “account management with a bit of hunting on the side”.

This is pure new business. The kind where you open doors that weren’t already ajar, build relationships from scratch, and turn “we’re not looking right now” into meaningful revenue conversations with large enterprise organisations.

What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll be:

  • Driving net-new enterprise revenue through disciplined outbound and smart prospecting (not spray-and-pray).
  • Selling across CCaaS, CX, AI, Cloud, and broader enterprise technology solutions.
  • Engaging senior stakeholders, from Heads of Function through to C-suite and holding your own in those conversations.
  • Owning the full sales cycle from first cold outreach to signed deals.
  • Working with partners and internal specialists to shape opportunities rather than just respond to them.

What they’re looking for

Let’s keep this simple. You’ll need to be:

  • A genuine new business hunter with a track record of winning net-new enterprise customers.
  • At least 2+ years’ experience selling CCaaS and/or CX solutions.
  • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, to closing deals.
  • Consistently delivering against a £750k+ GP target.
  • Experienced selling into large, complex enterprise organisations where “decision maker” is a plural noun.
