Our client is a leading European Customer Experience Transformation business who are leading all engagements with AI & Automation. They work with some of the world’s largest B2C & B2B organisations across various industries, delivering exceptional digital customer experiences through our unique blend of expertise, technology, and insight.
The Account Director is responsible for the strategic development and long-term retention of two high‑value client accounts. This role is of critical strategic importance and carries a £2m GP quota per annum. Acting as the executive sponsor and primary commercial lead, the Client Director owns the end‑to‑end sales strategy and execution for the account. Success will be measured by quota attainment, account growth, client satisfaction, and the ability to drive transformation through insight‑led selling and consultative engagement.
You MUST have:
- Extensive B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 10 years managing major strategic accounts – you’ll be managing no more than 5 clients in your role today
- Demonstrable success in growing a large account through insight‑led, consultative selling.
- In‑depth understanding & experience selling AI, Data & Automation software & services
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a technology‑related field.
