Our client is the leading European Customer Experience Transformation business who are leading all engagements with AI & Automation.
They work with some of the world\’s largest organisations across various industries, delivering exceptional digital customer experiences through our unique blend of expertise, technology, and insight.
They are looking for a Business Development Director
to join their sales team. This senior-level role, which is pure new business acquisition focussed, is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic opportunities with enterprise clients across key industries. You will be working on a named, target list of approx 25 international businesses and will have BDR/SDR support, alongside that of presales, solution design & project delivery resources.
You MUST have:
- Extensive B2B enterprise new business sales experience with at least 10 years selling to global enterprise businesses
- Demonstrable success in delivering to a £2m GP or £1m ARR quota
- In-depth understanding & experience selling AI, Data & Automation software & services
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a technology-related field.
