Manager, Data Governance and Management

Ingenii Search is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Privacy Risk advisor to support first-line functions in integrating data privacy principles into key business initiatives. This role is central to embedding ‘Privacy by Design’ across operational processes and ensuring alignment with established global privacy standards and regulatory requirements, including the GDPR. You will play a vital role in advising on data protection strategies, supporting risk assessments, and promoting a strong culture of privacy awareness throughout the organisation. Partner with business units and change management teams to embed ‘Privacy by Design’ into new and existing initiatives. Provide expert guidance to ensure personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR and aligned with internal privacy frameworks. Coordinate and support the completion of Privacy Risk Assessments across business areas. Manage the creation and upkeep of Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), including building a centralised repository. Solid understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its practical application. Familiarity with privacy frameworks and risk management principles. Demonstrated experience in the financial services sector, with strong business insight.
