Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for winning through structured tenders and frameworks? We are looking for a Tender & Framework Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth across our South Service division. This is a high-impact position focused on identifying, managing, and winning lift maintenance and servicing contracts through formal procurement routes across both public and private sectors.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead the full tender lifecycle — from opportunity identification through to contract award and mobilisation.
The Role- Identify and qualify lift maintenance opportunities across public and private sector clients
- Monitor tender portals, procurement pipelines, and framework opportunities
- Lead end-to-end tender submissions (PQQs, ITTs, frameworks)
- Manage framework applications, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate internal teams (operations, engineering, finance, H&S) to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions
- Support pricing strategies and commercial positioning
- Engage proactively with estates, asset management, M&E and procurement stakeholders
- Build a strong pipeline of upcoming contract renewals
- Support post-tender clarifications, interviews, and mobilisation
