Your responsibilities:
- Develop process planning and efficiency improvement projects for our clients in the UK.
- Lead collaborative workshops to analyse target processes and create real-time production plans.
- Optimise workstation layouts and resource utilisation - identify improvement potentials and implement sustainable solutions.
- Balance production flow to maximise shopfloor efficiency and effective realisation of identified opportunities.
- Visualise analytical results, present findings to management, and support the implementation of improvement measures.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed engineering studies with a degree in industrial engineering or comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in the aerospace or automotive industry and/or consulting with a focus on efficiency improvement programs.
- Expertise in Methods Time Measurement (MTM).
