Your responsibilities:
- Lead process planning and efficiency improvement projects for our clients.
- Collaborate in workshops to develop and analyze target processes using MTM and/or MOST methods.
- Design and optimize workstations in production — identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Take charge of production flow balancing (Line Balancing) to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Prepare your findings, present them to clients, and support the implementation of improvement measures.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed engineering studies with a focus on industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in manufacturing industry and/or consulting with focus on efficiency improvement in production.
- Solid expertise in MTM and/or MOST and profound knowledge of project management, project leadership and lean management.
- Willingness to travel in the UK and abroad.
