  • The Impact You'll Make
  • Lead the delivery of critical security initiatives across IAM, vulnerability management, SOC enhancements, and compliance uplift, directly strengthening Ingenico's global security posture.
  • Act as the vital link between the Security Function and the Global PMO, bringing structure, transparency, and consistency to how security projects are governed and reported.
  • Translate complex technical security work into clear, business-ready plans that senior stakeholders across regions can trust and act on.
  • Help build a more predictable, mature project delivery capability within a Security Function operating at global scale.

What You Will Do

  • Lead or oversee multiple concurrent security projects, defining scope, timelines, resource needs, and delivery plans for each.
  • Drive execution using the appropriate methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) in line with PMO standards and project type.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests across the security portfolio.
  • Produce standardised reporting for the Global PMO, including status updates, RAID logs, milestones, KPIs, and financial tracking.
  • Ensure all security projects adhere to global governance frameworks, templates, and stage-gate requirements.
  • Partner with security leaders, architects, engineers, and operational teams to turn technical requirements into deliverable project plans.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders across regions, facilitating cross-functional collaboration across IT, compliance, risk, and business units.
  • Contribute to annual planning, prioritisation, and resource forecasting for the security project portfolio, while supporting post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
  • What Helps You Succeed
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects in a security or technology environment, ideally alongside a global PMO.
  • Strong understanding of security domains such as identity, endpoint security, cloud security, and governance & risk, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, CISSP, CISM, or similar, along with familiarity with global security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC2).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the composure to handle escalations and shifting priorities without losing structure or momentum.
  • Situational Requirements
  • Comfortable travelling.
  • Fluency in written and oral English required.
  • Minimum 3 days per week at the Ingenico office.
