We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Payment Application to join our Payment Applications team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of aspects of the Payment Applications product management, focusing on enhancing the experience for customers integrating with Ingenico’s payment products. As a team, we focus on key areas including transaction handling, payment experience, and merchant user experience with Ingenico’s payment terminals. This role requires expertise in developing enterprise‑grade B2B SaaS products and due to the technical nature of this position, some prior experience in the payment industry.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with domain‑focused product managers to deliver Payment Application experiences that will delight our customers.
  • Manage payment application feature roadmap defined by customer voice, Ingenico strategy, on a global scale – with the aim of creating a baseline solution that removes the need for large customization and can be used globally.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, designers, and architects to solve problems together and deliver features efficiently.
  • Scope, define and prioritize payment application features to facilitate a clear path for delivery together with engineering.
  • Publish and communicate feature and strategy roadmaps for internal audiences, supporting go‑to‑market and sales strategy with clearly defined and articulated benefits to our customers.
  • Employ a diverse set of strategies—such as customer interviews, platform analytics, and market research—to uncover and validate requirements effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including executive teams, ensuring alignment and transparency across the product team.
  • Be a team player working across product, technology, support, and client‑facing teams to facilitate cross‑platform product success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building highly complex enterprise B2B SaaS products and applications.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the fintech/payments industry.
  • Enjoys tackling complex topics and breaking them down to build elegant solutions.
  • Ability to quickly assess new concepts and technologies, and turn them into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable with virtual collaboration in a global context.
  • A high degree of self‑reliance and dedication to drive product delivery end to end.
