The Impact You'll Make
- Oversee Ingenico's entire global IT infrastructure, ensuring on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments are secure, scalable, and highly available across multiple international locations.
- Shape the global infrastructure roadmap and cloud strategy, aligning technology initiatives directly with business goals.
- Strengthen resilience and continuity by leading disaster recovery and business continuity planning across the organization.
- Drive automation and efficiency at scale through Infrastructure-as-Code, reducing risk and accelerating delivery.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute the global infrastructure roadmap, including cloud strategy across Azure and AWS.
- Manage the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud platforms and on-premise data centers.
- Lead and mentor teams of engineers in a hybrid or remote working environment.
- Ensure adherence to security standards (patching, firewall management) and data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
- Drive automation using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform to manage, monitor, and scale infrastructure.
- Develop and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) plans.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs) with 3rd party strategic suppliers.
- Oversee delivery of system implementations, upgrades, and integrations for large projects and small changes alike.
What Helps You Succeed
- 5β10+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure management, with a strong background in team leadership.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, networking (SD-WAN, SASE), server administration (Linux/Windows), and SQL clusters.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, IT governance, and risk management, with experience in high-availability, transaction-processing environments.
- Proven track record managing 3rd party vendors and delivering large, complex projects, with fluency in English and willingness to travel and work from the Ingenico office 3 days per week.
