We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and process-driven professional to join our team. You’ll work alongside a collaborative group focused on continuous improvement, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for customers, managing requests and escalations across internal teams.
- Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Attend regular customer meetings and conference calls, independently or with the Account Manager.
- Communicate proactively with customers, managing expectations and ensuring follow-through.
- Lead the setup of new hardware, data updates, and system changes (Gems/TMS).
- Process customer purchase orders and ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with Procurement to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Prepare monthly billing and management information (MI) reports.
- Document and maintain internal processes.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure SLAs are consistently achieved.
- Support the Account Manager in delivering against revenue targets.
- Take on additional tasks as reasonably required.
