The launch pillar is responsible for defining clear, measurable launch goals and strategies, and developing detailed, comprehensive launch plans that outline every necessary step. This includes ensuring readiness across all organizational functions—sales, marketing, product, and customer support—so that each team is prepared for a successful product launch. A key aspect of the launch is tracking and communicating progress across all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing any emerging challenges. Additionally, the launch pillar involves building and leading a cross‑functional team to drive market success, ensuring that products not only launch smoothly but also gain traction in the market. Training programs are designed and delivered to empower sales channels, equipping them to focus on articulating the product’s value rather than just its features, which helps drive long‑term customer engagement.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage all elements of the global product launch process including value proposition articulation, development and execution of go‑to‑market plans and internal organisational readiness.
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines for new product launches and customer introductions from concept to sales‑readiness, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, support, sales, GTM customer lead and supply chain teams to establish and adjust timelines, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly cross‑functional meetings, providing project updates and guiding teams through next steps.
  • Oversee all aspects of product launch, from pre‑launch marketing efforts to post‑launch support.
  • Monitor and proactively work with product managers to identify development risks, suggesting appropriate action plans to mitigate potential delays.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and continuous improvement culture within the GTM team.

Competency/Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience in complex portfolio, program, and project implementations.
  • Strong grasp of B2B sales and commercial processes.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and collaborate for common outcomes.
  • Experience leading diverse, cross‑functional, global teams.
  • Superior communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, analytical, and solution‑oriented with a keen attention to detail.

Behavioural Skills:

  • Autonomous, proactive, and self‑driven with strong organisational skills.
  • Analytical problem‑solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership with a flair for innovation.
  • Effective collaboration across varied cultures and geographies.
  • Agile and decisive with a client‑centric approach.
