Role Purpose: Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to a global Executive and key members of the leadership team, while acting as a central coordination point for our new London office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication. This is an exciting new role where you can add real value to a busy Executive supporting the leadership team meeting key customers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and European/global travel arrangements
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising communications and requests
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials on behalf of the leadership team
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups, ensuring key stakeholders are in the right place at the right time
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support project coordination and track key deliverables
- Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders
