We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and process‑driven professional to join our team. You’ll work alongside a collaborative group focused on continuous improvement, delivering high‑quality solutions, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for customers, managing requests and escalations across internal teams
- Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Attend regular customer meetings and conference calls, independently or with the Account Manager
- Communicate proactively with customers, managing expectations and ensuring follow‑through
- Lead the setup of new hardware, data updates, and system changes (Gems/TMS)
- Process customer purchase orders and ensure deadlines and expectations are met
- Collaborate with Procurement to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Prepare monthly billing and management information (MI) reports
- Document and maintain internal processes
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure SLAs are consistently achieved
- Support the Account Manager in delivering against revenue targets
- Take on additional tasks as reasonably required
