How you’ll make an impact
As the Head of Infrastructure and Operation, you will shape Ingenico’s global IT & Services digital landscape by defining and executing a forward-looking Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) strategy. You’ll modernize our technology architecture, strengthen resilience and security, optimize costs, and enable scalable growth — directly powering business performance worldwide.

- Define and deliver the global I&O strategy aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals.
- Modernize infrastructure (cloud, networks, platforms) to drive performance, resilience, and innovation.
- Lead IT Service Management and Disaster Recovery strategy at scale.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
- Oversee governance, budgeting, vendor partnerships, and service performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across IT and the business.
- Build and lead a high-performing, global team, fostering talent, collaboration, and accountability.
