How you’ll make an impact
As the Chief Enterprise Architect, you will shape Ingenico’s global digital future by defining and executing our enterprise‑wide IT & Services strategy. At the intersection of business and technology, you will build a modern, scalable, and secure architecture that drives growth, innovation, cost efficiency, and long‑term competitive advantage.
What you’ll do
- Define and lead the enterprise IT&S strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Design and govern a secure, scalable technology architecture framework and standards.
- Translate business strategy into clear digital capabilities and investment priorities.
- Drive portfolio governance, balancing innovation, risk, and performance.
- Identify and accelerate technology‑enabled innovation opportunities.
- Establish and mature the Enterprise Architecture & Innovation function globally.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure strong business–technology alignment.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing architecture and innovation team.
- Oversee key vendor partnerships and ensure measurable performance through KPIs and OKRs.
What you bring
- Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture leadership within complex, global organizations.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business vision into actionable technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of modern architectures (cloud, SaaS, APIs, microservices, data‑driven ecosystems).
- Experience balancing governance, agility, innovation, and risk.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Degree in a relevant field; extensive cross‑disciplinary architecture experience.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
