Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager based in Paris – La Defense, the Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and administering compensation structures and benefits programs across multiple countries. The role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with labor regulations while supporting strategic HR and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews to support fair and competitive pay decisions.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to compare organizational practices with market trends.
- Administer international mobility operations.
- Maintain job grading structures using wtw methodology.
- Evaluate new and existing roles, assign grades, and ensure alignment with organizational frameworks.
- Support the management of annual merit review and bonus payout processes.
- Support the drafting and implementation of compensation and benefits policies in alignment with business strategy.
- Prepare compensation and benefits dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership decision‑making.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards (analyst role).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferably).
- Advanced Excel and data modeling capabilities.
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and grading frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of market trends and regulatory changes.
- Experience working in a multi‑cultural environment.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize data.
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
