A fully experienced Service Advisor is required for a franchised dealership. You will be required to:

  • handle customer enquiries,
  • book customers in,
  • arrange collections/deliveries,
  • produce job cards,
  • price up and sell additional work,
  • keep customers informed of progress/delays, invoice and handle payments.
  • process warranty claims.

A full current driving license is essential.

Having performed in the role previously is essential as is having experience in service advisor.
