The predicted salary is between 19000 - 26000 £ per year.
A fully experienced Bodyshop Advisor or receptionist role is required for an independent bodyshop. You will be required to:
- handle customer enquiries,
- book customers in,
- arrange collections/deliveries,
- produce job cards,
- price up and sell additional work,
- keep customers informed of progress/delays, invoice and handle payments.
- process warranty claims.
A full current driving license is essential.
Having performed in the role previously is essential as is having experience in service advisor.
You must be IT literate, professional, organised, a team player and have excellent communication skills.
