Key responsibilities will be:
- Liaising with lenders to get application updates and to progress cases through to offer stage
- Communications with solicitors and clients to ensure all documentation and information are up to date and accurate
- Deal with incoming communications to the office, including lead qualifications and appointment booking
- Keeping clients informed of progress and manage any potential delays, issues with cases
- Supporting compliance and file maintenance
- Supporting our social media platform
What's in it for you:
- Basic salary from £25,000 – £28,000 dependent on experience
- Possibility of a monthly/quarterly bonus
- Opportunity for full training to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor, including funding of qualifications (Subject to terms & conditions)
Working hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. This role is office based, but over time, we may consider introducing some hybrid working.
