Are you an experienced mortgage broker looking for a fresh challenge away from sales targets and constant client chasing? At Ingard Financial, we're looking for a knowledgeable and commercially minded Broker Support Manager to support our growing network of advisers and AR firms across the UK. This is an ideal role for an experienced mortgage professional who enjoys problem-solving, helping other brokers structure cases, and being seen as a trusted expert within a professional network environment.
The Role
You'll act as a key support contact for our brokers, helping them place cases, navigate lender criteria, and deliver better outcomes for clients. You'll work closely with advisers across residential, buy-to-let and specialist finance, supporting day-to-day mortgage desk enquiries and helping maintain high standards across the network. This role is less about sales and more about experience, technical knowledge, relationships and support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting advisers with complex mortgage and specialist finance cases
- Assisting brokers with lender criteria and product placement
- Managing mortgage desk enquiries by phone and email
- Providing guidance on packaging and case structure
- Supporting advisers with difficult or unusual scenarios
- Liaising with lenders, providers and internal departments
- Helping maintain compliance and quality standards
- Building strong relationships across the broker network
- Contributing to training, broker development and best practice
