What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting advisers and the operations team with client cases
- Uploading and checking documents
- Keeping systems and records updated
- Chasing lenders, solicitors and clients for information
- Helping ensure files are accurate and compliant
- Tracking cases from application through to completion
- Learning how the mortgage and finance industry works
