Are you an experienced mortgage broker looking for a fresh challenge away from sales targets and constant client chasing? At Ingard Financial, we’re looking for a knowledgeable and commercially minded Broker Support Manager to support our growing network of advisers and AR firms across the UK. This is an ideal role for an experienced mortgage professional who enjoys problem-solving, helping other brokers structure cases, and being seen as a trusted expert within a professional network environment.
The Role
- Supporting advisers with complex mortgage and specialist finance cases
- Assisting brokers with lender criteria and product placement
- Managing mortgage desk enquiries by phone and email
- Providing guidance on packaging and case structure
- Supporting advisers with difficult or unusual scenarios
- Liaising with lenders, providers and internal departments
- Helping maintain compliance and quality standards
- Building strong relationships across the broker network
- Contributing to training, broker development and best practice

- Has strong mortgage industry experience
- Understands residential, buy-to-let and specialist lending
