Your day-to-day: As a Digital Analytics Specialist in an Agile Way of Working, you will be a part of a Squad and will dedicate your time and efforts to achieve the tribe/ squad’s purpose. In this role, you will:
- Design and own the digital tracking strategy across ING’s secure platforms, ensuring accurate measurement of customer journeys and sales funnels;
- Manage the implementation and optimization of digital analytics and tag management solutions, from requirements gathering and taxonomy design to testing and validation;
- Translate data into insights by identifying drop‑out points, conversion opportunities, and experience gaps, and recommending concrete optimization actions;
- Create and automate meaningful dashboards and KPIs, delivering both executive‑level overviews and detailed performance insights;
- Act as the main point of contact for tracking‑related topics, providing consultancy and analytics architecture guidance to internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure high data quality by leading regular tagging audits, identifying gaps in data capture, and continuously improving tracking accuracy;
- Collaborate closely with product, UX, marketing, and technology teams to improve online conversions and campaign effectiveness;
- Contribute to growing analytics maturity within ING by sharing best practices, supporting onboarding, and enabling stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions;
What you bring to the team:
- A solid background in digital or web analytics, with hands‑on experience turning data into insights that influence real business decisions;
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred) and tag management solutions, with a good understanding of digital marketing and online journeys;
- The ability to connect technical details with business context, translating complex tracking setups into clear, actionable outcomes;
- A sharp eye for data quality and accuracy, combined with the curiosity to continuously improve how digital journeys are measured;
- Confidence in working across teams, with the communication skills to explain insights clearly and influence stakeholders at different levels;
