Working closely with offshore colleagues, the team is focused on delivering a high-quality, client-centric service while continuously improving processes and controls.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing deal closings, funds flow, and transaction onboarding.
- Reviewing facility documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and market standards.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will help you identify issues quickly and deliver effective solutions, while your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and results-driven, with the confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. You will enjoy taking ownership, showing initiative, and contributing to a culture where challenges are embraced and opportunities are acted upon. Candidates with exposure to Structured Finance products, such as Real Estate, Acquisition, Shipping, or Infrastructure Finance, will be particularly well placed to succeed. Experience with DebtDomain, ClearPar, or Security Agent activities would be advantageous, as would a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and challenging the status quo.
