ING London Agency is seeking a Loan Agency Specialist to manage deal closings, funds flow, and transaction onboarding across a variety of syndicated loans in EMEA.

You will review facility documentation, interpret complex loan agreements, and coordinate with lenders, borrowers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to meet milestones.

Experience with Loan IQ and structured finance products is highly valued.
