AsHeadoftheNetworkSectorCoverage(NSC)TeamwithinINGUK,youandyourteamareresponsibleforservicingsubsidiariesofnon-UKCorporateClientsintheUK.Managingadiverseteamintermsofnationality,culturalbackground,experiencelevel&gender;youarealeaderwithapro-activeattitude,andyoufeelcomfortableinaninternationalsetting.
Thisrolerequiresteambuildinginanagileworkenvironmentandeffectivelong-termrelationshipbuildingwiththeINGinternationalnetworkandyourclientsatmultiplelevels,therebyrepresentingINGâsfull-servicepalleteandsolidreputation.Youworkcloselywithotherdepartmentsandmanagetogetherthebestpossibleofferingfortheclients.
Tomanagetheclientportfolio,theteamworkscloselytogetherwithRAMs,PAMs,productspecialistsandsectorteamsacrosstheworld.TogetherwithPAMsandRAMsyouandyourteamdeterminetheclientapproachlocallyandsometimesregionallyasRAM.YouarelocatedintheLondonofficeaspartoftheSectorteamandyouwillbereportinghierarchicallyintotheHeadofSectorCoverageUKandfunctionallyintotheGlobalHeadofNetworkSectorCoverage.
