Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand and document project requirements.
- Plan and manage resource allocation and team capacity across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
