Job Description
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures
- Lead and mentor a team of developers (frontend & backend)
- Work closely with stakeholders for requirement analysis and solution design
- Develop and maintain applications using Node.js, React.js, and modern frameworks
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices
- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and design patterns
- Drive system design discussions and technical decision-making
- Oversee deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product)
Requirements
- Strong experience in Node.js (Express.js / NestJS)
- Knowledge of GraphQL (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of React ecosystem UI/UX best practices
- Experience with modern frontend tools (Webpack, Vite)
- NoSQL (MongoDB / Redis)
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
