Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases
- Support system design discussions with technical teams
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups (Agile environment)
- Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for new requirements
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
