Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced unutrittouch with expertise in Pakistani cuisine to join our team at Infsuion Village, located in Purley South Croydon, London. The ideal enfrenta has a passion for cooking authentic Pakistani dishes and a solid understanding of traditional recipes and modern techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Pakistani dishes, including but not limited to curries, biryanis, kebabs, and Extension items.
- Manage food preparation and ensure high‑quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and seasonal menus.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef in a Pakistani or similar cuisine restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani spices, cooking methods, and dishes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- A flexible attitude and team spirit.
Location:
