As part of this journey, they're looking for an experienced Technology Business Partner to act as the strategic technology lead for a major business division. The Role
As Technology Business Partner, you'll become a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating strategic priorities into technology roadmaps that drive innovation, operational excellence and measurable business outcomes. You'll work across engineering, architecture, product and operations teams, ensuring technology investments deliver real value while championing modern engineering practices, AI-enabled transformation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to understand strategic priorities and develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership across technology, architecture, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, engineering and digital transformation.
- Lead complex technology programmes, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Champion modern delivery methodologies including Agile, DevOps, platform engineering, automation and AI-enabled software development.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology functions, acting as the key bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Influence technology investment decisions and prioritise initiatives based on business value and strategic impact.
- Drive innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement across technology delivery.
- Contribute to wider technology leadership, helping shape organisational strategy and future technology direction.
