We are looking to expand our team and are on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator who is motivated, resilient, and ready to take on a rewarding career path. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from an office administration, sales or customer service background to join a highly experienced team and make a real impact. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join a busy and successful team. This role combines resourcing support with general office administrative support to ensure smooth operations across both talent acquisition and office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Maintain and update the CRM inline with GDPR guidelines and company privacy policy. Help coordinate onboarding for new hires specifically for contract roles. Supporting the team on the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, arranging interviews and candidate onboarding. Searching via CRM, LinkedIn and other job boards. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events. Screen applications and schedule interviews as and when needed. General admin - formatting CVs and sending across agency TOBs.
- Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the Directors and Consultants. Order office supplies and support facilities management - communication with building manager for any building issues. Help coordinate internal meetings, events, and calendars. Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing. Support accountants as and when needed with financials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Professional and confident in speaking to Hiring Managers and candidates.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other digital tools including Google Drive.
- Experience with ATS or LinkedIn would be beneficial.
- Friendly, professional, and discreet, with a can-do attitude.
