We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Data Analyst to join a growing team based onsite in Hertfordshire. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for data who wants to develop their skills in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
Role
You will play a key part in supporting business decision-making by analysing data, producing reports, and ensuring high data quality. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will help turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimise SQL queries to extract and analyse data
- Work closely with internal teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate reports
- Analyse data trends, variances, and forecasts to support strategic planning
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data quality checks
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends
- Document data processes and maintain clear technical specifications
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis
- Previous experience working with SQL and relational data tables
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
