My Client is looking for an Infrastructure Security Engineer to strengthen our security posture and protect critical systems. You will be responsible for securing cloud and on-prem infrastructure, monitoring security events, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing security controls. You will collaborate with engineering teams to embed security best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & implement security measures for cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, scans, and penetration testing.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor security events and respond to incidents in real time.
- Automate security processes within CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Ensure compliance with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS.
- Collaborate with teams to build security into the SDLC.
- Manage security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and cloud security platforms.
- Lead security initiatives across network, endpoint, and cloud security.
- Monitor and implement endpoint protection and cloud security solutions.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud security.
- Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and identity management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure security best practices.
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or similar scripting and automation tools.
- Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management.
- Experience securing CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of zero-trust architecture, IAM, and encryption techniques.
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or Azure Security Engineer) are a plus.
