Responsibilities:
- As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that meet our client's needs and drive their business success.
- You will be responsible for the ownership of solution architecture and technical designs within programmes of work.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Customer Relationship Management systems, ideally in the retail sector.
- Salesforce experience specifically with Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including setup, configuration, and optimization.
- Knowledge of TOGAF.
- You must be a team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
