We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join a rapidly growing organisation. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that meet our client's needs and drive their business success.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in Customer CRM, Salesforce, Service Cloud, and migration experience.
You will be responsible for the ownership of solution architecture and technical designs within programmes of work.
Key Skills and Experience
- Customer CRM: Proven experience in implementing and managing Customer Relationship Management systems. Ideally you have experience in the retail sector.
- Salesforce experience specifically with Service Cloud.
- Service Cloud: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including setup, configuration, and optimization.
- Knowledge of TOGAF.
You must be a team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
