Role Overview: You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, presales and pitching to clients. Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for understanding the organisations product offering and taking this out to market. Building relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners Developing business development strategies Manage the full presales and proposal pipeline. Ability to use CRM for account management, reporting and opportunity generation. Lead and mentor junior team members. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Growth Manager. Extensive experience in generating new business and account management in a Digital environment Knowledge of technology services and management consultancy delivery. Strong track record in revenue generation and hitting targets. Adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs. Excellent communication skills. Experience leading and mentoring teams.
