Infused Solutions is recruiting a Growth Manager for a global organisation. This role based in London offers a hybrid working model for flexibility and collaboration.

We are looking for a dynamic Client Growth Manager to join a rapidly expanding organisation. Role Overview: You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, presales and pitching to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for understanding the organisation's product offering and taking this out to market.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Developing business development strategies.
  • Manage the full presales and proposal pipeline.
  • Ability to use CRM for account management, reporting and opportunity generation.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Growth Manager.
  • Extensive experience in generating new business and account management in a Digital environment.
  • Knowledge of technology services and management consultancy delivery.
  • Strong track record in revenue generation and hitting targets.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams.
