We are partnering with a fast-growing global digital infrastructure company rapidly expanding its footprint through strategic infrastructure development. They are looking for a Site Acquisition Director, responsible for identifying and securing strategic sites to support the next phase of growth. Ideally someone who can grow into a broader leadership role over time.
This role sits at the front end of the development pipeline and is highly hands-on, covering the full detail of site acquisition—from initial identification and feasibility through to negotiation and securing sites for development, with some exposure to broader development and delivery planning.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in site acquisition, ideally within digital infrastructure, telecoms, or data centres
- Proven track record of identifying, assessing, and securing sites in competitive markets
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end site acquisition process, including feasibility, negotiation, and deal execution
- Commercially astute with strong stakeholder and negotiation skills
