Key Skills / Experience Required:

  • Ekahau experience is essential
  • Wireless survey experience is essential marking APs
  • Experience with wireless Cisco technologies
  • CCNA (R&S, Security or Wireless) is desirable
  • Experience with Meraki technologies
  • Previous experience working in project-based environments

Responsibilities:

  • Complete wireless surveys using Ekahau technology and create survey results reports
  • APoS and Passive Surveys (Ekahau)
  • Wireless network configuration (WLC), validation, design, and recommendation reports
  • Provide engineering support to our sales and presales teams as required
  • Installation of solutions and services as designed either by presales, or another member of the professional services team
  • Creation of technical documentation and reports
  • Store documentation, in a central location, and on the ticket as appropriate
  • Meet personal and team KPIs set by your manager
  • Adhering to internal OLAs and SLAs
