My client is an impressive, forward-thinking, award-winning Cisco-focused IT services company with a heavy focus in the logistics and RMA world. This is an exciting pathway directly to a hands-on / managerial role within Cisco and Logistics.

You will join an exciting Cisco Logistics team, and work alongside the department manager. He will mentor and guide you with his knowledge and expertise, and you will back fill and document your new knowledge. This is a hands-on, team leadership opportunity with a direct pathway to become the manager through succession when he leaves the company.
Key Skills required:
- Confident hands-on Cisco & Meraki expertise
- Managerial skills and experience
- Preferably RMA background e.g. testing, fixes, repairs, RMA experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Managerial team leadership skills (optimise your team around you)

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out proactive Cisco & Meraki tests, fixes and repairs - e.g. kit comes back - assist in testing routers, switches, access points. Does it work, replace power supply, test, put back into stock, or send external repair
- Achieving excellent customer satisfaction by delivering timely returns, dispatch, repair information and contract support for services provided by the company
- Using technical knowledge to manage support calls and support bid management.
- Allocation and dispatch of stock
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards even when under pressure.
- Engagement in projects requiring specific stock management, warranty and returns via the RMA process
- Manage, lead, optimise and get the most out of the team you’re leading.
- Document and manage processes and procedures to utilise information for team reports, to provide insightful and intelligent recommendations.
- Maintain high quality across the board
