Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and leadership of technology portfolio
- Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure technology stack – Azure/M365
- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental heads
- Drive engineering excellence
- Champion innovation, cloud adoption, and secure engineering practices across the organisation.
- Ability to deploy projects at a technical level.
- Promote collaboration, inclusion, and professional development across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role
- Strong technical background
- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams in cloud-first or hybrid environments.
- Experience working within an MSP
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technology direction into tangible business outcomes.
- Hands-on understanding of Azure, Microsoft 365, cloud security, modern infrastructure, and automation
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management
- Demonstrable experience managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional initiatives.
