Responsibilities:
- Develop, build, and maintain technical and personal rapport with clients.
- Be a lead Print Engineer within the business.
- Customer facing support.
- Remote support.
- All printer focused.
- Try and find solutions to problems and fix them – "prevent not just cure".
- Identify root cause if customer escalations and strive towards a "zero rework" mindset.
- Ensure high levels of incident ownership through incident lifecycle to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Analyse customer problems and provide suitable solutions within SLA timescales.
