This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You must be both commercial/technical and have the ability to build rapport with key customers and internally.
TechCAF / WAFIaaS / PaaS / SaaS AI - desire to develop in this area. Any Cloud Security experience is an advantage.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collate feedback from cross-functional teams to shape forward movements of technical roadmap.
- Ensure you keep on top of 'end of life' products and communicate changes across the business.
- Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices.
- Produce high-quality documentation to standardise solution architectures.
- Implement processes and templates ensuring they are available across internal teams for customer use.
- Work closely with the Product Team, Presales, Pro and Managed Services.
- Identify opportunities for automation and work with teams to implement.
- Support work involved with vendor management and partner accreditations.
